Festival Booking details

Alternatively you can download a booking form by clicking on the "Festival Booking" link on the menu on the left hand side of this page.

Please note that if you book direct with Haven Holidays for this weekend you WILL NOT be given entry to the competition venue. To compete at all K & W Promotions festivals ALL bookings must come through K & W Promotions.

To reserve your accomodation please fill in the booking form and send to us along with the £50 deposit per unit required along as well as the names of all persons in each unit. Also please note in the case of under-occupancy the minimum occupancy rate will be charged. ( ie 3 persons sharing a Gold 2 bedroom unit will be charged for the minimum occupancy of 4 persons)

Please note that your final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival and will be invoiced to you. Any bookings within 8 weeks of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking. If your first choice of accomodation is not available we will contact you to offer an alternative.
